Senior Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Built a real-time, bidirectional incident e-bonding integration with a managed service provider using OAuth-secured REST and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Implemented an event pipeline from alerts through Alert Management Rules to automated incidents, reducing manual triage.
  • Developed an access request experience with multi-row variable sets, GlideAjax filtering, and a custom Service Portal widget.
  • Delivered solutions across ITSM, ITOM Discovery, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and scoped apps. ServiceNow CSA certified (CAD in progress).
